Illa Canna is a subsidiary of Delta Beverage Company. They operate in the Legal Cannabis Space, owning multiple brands, a dispensary, and a soon to launch beverage line. They also sell merchandise and accessories out of their Jefferson Park, Los Angeles dispensary location. They brought MF Design on to design the interior environment of their new brick and mortor, UX/UI for their customer, apparel, packaging, and overall branding guidelines and templates to scale.

Customer Branding Experience

When speaking with Liz (Director of Marketing for Delta Beverage), we discussed this idea of developing imagery that represents the colorful signage of the Bodega markets in Los Angeles and NYC. I designed the light boxes to have the gradients relating back to Colby Poster Co. The displays and walls were kept a neutral color so the light boxes would pop inside the environment, and draw customers to each separate station.

We also did an extensive line of beverage can design concepts for their 4 lines of infused drinks: Seltzers, Cocktails, Functional, and Beer. These are some of the concepts that weren’t chosen, as the line will drop in Spring ‘22!
